Continuous improvement is focused on the input received from customers
and our business strategy. We integrate these requirements into our
continuous improvement plan, execute to the plan and monitor our results
with the Balanced Scorecard. We modify our plans or actions accordingly
and report them with the applicable Balance Scorecard Counter Measures.
The tools available and used throughout the business
include Six Sigma events, Value Stream Mapping and a complete set
of lean manufacturing techniques: kaizen, set-up reduction, standard
work, variance reduction and basic statistical process control.

OEM customer certifications such as:
