Our research and development team is driven to continuously improve our products and services.  The research team members have backgrounds in metallurgy, material science, inorganic and organic chemistry.

Our team is committed to researching and developing protective coatings for a variety of customers and industries. 

Metallic-ceramic overlay coatings provide oxidation and corrosion resistance on steel substrates at service temperatures up to 650°C (1200°F).  Diffused aluminide coatings protect hot section components from HTHC and sulfidation.  Thermal spray coatings offer wear and corrosion resistance to a wide variety of components that operate at temperatures up to 1120°C (2000°F).  Thick-film polymeric coatings provide resistance to strong acids and bases for use in the Oil & Gas and Chemical Process Industries.
