Brian has worked since 1995 as a Managing Director of Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy of Birmingham, Michigan, an organization that specializes in assisting businesses with interim financial management, turnaround and profit enhancement services, business valuations, and related financial support services. In 2007, Brian was the interim CFO for Velsicol Chemical Corporation, a $200M specialty chemical company. He was also a CPA/Restructuring Manager at Ernst and Young. Brian possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
