Jim joined Sermatech International as Chairman and CEO in April, 2008.  Prior to Sermatech International, most recently, Jim was CEO of Keybiz in Miami, Florida, Chief Operating Officer of Invensys in London, United Kingdom and Siebe Controls in London, United Kingdom, coupled with President, Group Vice President, Vice President and General Manager positions with a number of other leading companies, such as The Thomas Group, TRW and Bundy Corporation of Detroit, Michigan, DeVilbiss of Toledo, Ohio and Eaton Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio.  Jim possesses a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.
