Tad has been an Operating Director for Arsenal Capital since 2006 and is currently VP, Human Resources for Sermatech International. He is the Founder and President of Tad Dwyer Organizational Development Consulting and has worked with Sermatech in the past. Mr. Dwyer has received a Bachelor of Arts, French Keene State College and a Master of Education, Organization & Management from Antioch New England Graduate School
