Sermatech provides a wide range of thermal spray coatings.  These are applied by high velocity oxy fuel (HVOF), air plasma spray (APS), wire arc spray, flame spray, and Gator-Gard^® - our proprietary high velocity plasma spray process. 

Thermally sprayed coatings provide a cost-effective solution for the protection of component surfaces from wear, high temperature erosion, and can even help restore parts heavily damaged in service.

We spray a wide variety of materials dependant on requirement which include tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, MCrAlY and thermal barrier ceramics (TBC), abradables, ceramics such as alumina and metals such as aluminum, nickel, steel, molybdenum and cobalt usually as alloys with other metals.

Sermatech uses multi-axis robots and automated systems to assure reproducibility and precise control of coating parameters with all thermal spray technologies to achieve demanding customer specifications.
